After surviving six strokes and a brain injury, Nikki understands what it means to rebuild life around a new reality. Finding Your New Normal was born from that experience - a space rooted in compassion, resilience, and the belief that movement should be accessible to everyone.

Through adaptive yoga classes thoughtfully designed for those living with chronic illness, disability, or changing physical needs, Nikki is creating a welcoming environment where people can reconnect with themselves at their own pace, without pressure or expectation.

Finding Your New Normal is more than yoga. It’s a movement about finding strength in change and championing accessibility.

The logo mark draws inspiration from the jasmine flower - a symbol of new beginnings representing growth, hope and transformation. It’s also known for it’s calming properties and happens to be Nikki’s favourite flower

India plays an important role in Nikki’s yoga journey. It’s where she did her training and continues to visit annually. Subtle references to India appear through architectural-inspired shapes that form both a house motif and framing device for content, while the colour palette that connects to yoga’s origins and reflects Nikki’s deep respect for the practice and its history.

The brand tone of voice is warm, supportive and invites curiosity by speaking to people like a trusted friend rather than an authority from a distance. It balances care and empathy with a fearless commitment to accessibility, creating a space where everyone feels seen and welcome.
