Brand identity, print design, presentation design, social media and campaign messaging

The Blank Page Project is a creative programme at Suffolk Libraries, open to 10–16 year olds. It had great energy behind it, packed with writing, art, and performance workshops, but the branding didn’t reflect that. Internally, staff and volunteers were struggling to connect with it and it wasn’t grabbing the public’s attention like it could.

I created a bold, expressive identity full of energy, the kind that speaks to teenagers and gives the team something they’re proud to shout about. Hand-drawn textures, punchy colours, and playful messaging helped bring the project to life.

The beginnings were there - a name full of possibility and a rough identity that needed some attention.

Now every asset has purpose and every piece feels connected. The identity feels confident, creative and ready to inspire more young people to join in.

What Suffolk Libraries said:

“Lauren’s eye for design and skill level is undoubtable, but what our team were really impressed with was how quickly she got the ethos of our project and how she was able to package it in a really fun and digestible way. If you’re looking for sharp copy and an outsider’s eye on something you’ve gotten too close to, we couldn’t recommend Lauren enough.”
